Do I need to create an account to access the course/materials?
Yes. To enrol in courses, track progress, and
obtain certificates, users must create an account.
How do I enrol in a course?
- Browse the Course Catalogue and select the course of interest.
- Click “Enrol” to register for the course.
- Once enrolled, the course will appear in your Dashboard.
Note: Certain courses may require approval before access is granted.
What should I do if I cannot access a course I have enrolled in?
- Ensure you are logged in.
- Check if the course requires approval before access is granted.
- If the issue persists, contact the support team at at ich-capacity@unesco.org
Where can I find the courses, I have enrolled?
The Dashboard provides access to all enrolled courses, tracks progress and allows users to download certificates.
How can I track my progress in a course?
The platform automatically tracks progress through the Dashboard, where users can:
- Resume courses from where they left off.
- View completed modules and achievements.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Certain courses provide a certificate upon successful completion.
Once all required modules are completed, the certificate will:
- Be sent automatically via email in PDF format.
- Be available for direct download from the Dashboard.
Is there a deadline for completing a course?
Self-paced courses have no deadlines.
Facilitator-led courses may have specific completion dates.
Can I retake a course or a specific module after completion?
Yes, self-paced courses remain accessible for review and retaking.
Facilitator-led courses may have specific conditions for re-enrolment.
